Dr. Aaron McNair, II, is an influential leader, ingenious strategist, author, and an apostolic voice for this generation. He has a sincere passion to see people maximize their potential and embrace every opportunity that life presents. With 20 years of ministry experience, Dr. McNair has the humbling opportunity of traveling nationally and internationally preaching, teaching leaders and training pastors. His academic career consists of degrees and certifications in the areas of theology, sacred music, homiletics, and hermeneutics. He received a Doctor of Ministry from the North Carolina Theological Seminary.

Dr. McNair is the Founder & CEO of Impact Consulting Group which provides professional consultation and development for pastors and churches. He has the competence and skill for creating systems and structures for ministry advancement and functionality, leading churches to shift their culture in excellence. He is the host of the Fuel Strategies Summit, a church operation conference igniting pastors and secondary leaders for excellence in ministry. He is the pedagogue of Fuel School of Ministry, a virtual educational program for pastors and leaders. As a highly sought after mentor, Dr. McNair, launched Capacity, a pastoral mentorship program serving pastors from several levels of ministry.

Dr. McNair is passionate pastor, focused servant, and church planter. He proudly pastors two trendsetting, thriving churches whose mode for excellence is sought after by pastors and churches globally. He is the Lead Pastor of Mt. Moriah Community Church Raleigh, NC and Senior Pastor of Deeper Life Church Ministries Goldsboro, NC. He is the visionary and planter of Impact Church which will stretch to several locations and cities. He also serves as a Bishop in the Life Changing Ministries International Fellowship.

On March 9, 2013, he was united in love with the most beautiful, Lady Ashley McNair. He describes her as “God’s love for me in physical form” and she works closely with him in ministry. Lady Ashley McNair is a powerful preacher, psalmist, and intercessor. Together they have one lovely daughter Aylana Lynda Michelle and one energetic son, Aaron III (AB).
